Proposed Constitutional Amendment Passes Committee

This proposed Constitutional amendment was just passed out of the House Personnel & Pension Committee by a vote of 9-0-0. This amendment will require a 60% majority vote for any future pension benefit enhancements.

The PBPA opposes this legislation.
