www.sj-r.comIllinois has a revenue problem, not a pension benefit problem. Contrary to the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago propaganda, public employee pensions are so meager they rank 39th in the nation. Many retired prior to 1998 with lower benefits, ranking 49th.
