Get Ready!!! The House Rules Committee has released two pension proposals from the Rules Committee.
1. HB 1447 attacking state employee pensions, which has already been passed by the Senate, was sent directly to the floor for consideration. This bill could be voted on by the full house as early as Sunday evening.
2. HA #9 (Nekritz) to SB 1673 (Raoul/Madigan – House 2nd Reading) was sent to House Personnel and Pensions Committee which will meet Monday, January 7th at 10:00 in Room C-1 Stratton. HA #9 is the Biss/Nekritz HB 6258 proposal which surfaced on the last day of the Veto Session.
