All four legislative leaders verify that there is a deal on pensions. Details to emerge later in the week. If there is an in fact a true “deal,” which would include a structured role call for Dems & Repubs- this bill will be moving at lightening speed.
Major changes include: change to COLA calculation, defined contribution plan and adjustment to retirement age.
