Quinn wants pension reform deal by Wednesday
www.sj-r.comGov. Pat Quinn wants lawmakers to vote on a pension reform plan before a new legislature is seated Wednesday afternoon, but he would not specify exactly what plan. At a Statehouse news conference Tuesday morning, Quinn did say that a plan passed by the Senate in May does not go far enough.
